Therapy with me is a choice, not a copay.

It’s a decision to stop white-knuckling your life, stop managing symptoms, and start actually changing the patterns that keep you stuck. The work we do together is intentional, focused, and designed to create real movement—not just temporary relief.

Investment

I offer premium, private-pay therapy because the clients I work with are ready for depth, momentum, and meaningful change.

My fees reflect:

  • Advanced training in EMDR, Brainspotting, and somatic trauma therapies

  • A highly personalized, relational approach—no cookie-cutter treatment plans

  • Time spent preparing for sessions, integrating work between sessions, and tailoring care specifically to you

  • A practice intentionally designed to avoid burnout—so you’re working with a therapist who is present, regulated, and deeply engaged

This isn’t surface-level therapy. It’s focused, strategic, and often life-changing.

Important Note About Insurance

Choosing a therapist is a very personal decision. And how therapy is structured matters just as much.

I do not work directly with insurance companies because I work with YOU, not for them. This allows me to tailor a treatment plan according to your unique needs - not meet the guidelines of the insurance company.

If you have out of network benefits, I can provide a superbill (receipt of services) for potential reimbursement from your insurance company. This requires a diagnosis, however and you can determine if this is the right option for you.

I do not accept health insurance.

Why I don’t take Insurance

  • Limit length and number of sessions

  • Require a diagnosis, even if one is not appropriate

  • Determine what types of treatment is appropriate

  • Review your confidential treatment note

Insurance Companies:

I created my practice to support my clients’ needs:

  • Create individualized care unique for each client

  • Use proven approaches (EMDR, Brainspotting, Intensives)

  • Fully protect clients’ privacy

Important Policies:

Cancellation/No show:

If an appointment is not cancelled 48 hours in advance (does not include Saturday and Sunday or intensives), you will be charged the full rate. Your card on file will be charged automatically.

Account Balances:

I require clients pay any balance due before receiving further services.

Good Faith Estimate Notice

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

  • Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item.

  • You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

  • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059.
