  • My practice is fully virtual, which offers the privacy and flexibility that many people need. Sessions are held through a secure, confidential video platform.

Virtual therapy is conducted similarly to in-person meetings but eliminates travel time, making it easier for you to fit therapy into your busy schedule. Whether you're at home, or in the office, therapy can be conveniently integrated into your day.

Clients must be located in CT or MA for therapy sessions due to licensing laws.

  • I do not offer in-person sessions at this time.

  • My fees are as follows:

    Intake session: $200

    50-minute session: $150

I do no at accept insurance directly, but can provide a superbill (receipt) that you can submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Many clients are able to receive partial reimbursement this way. You may also use HSA/FSA funds to pay for therapy sessions.

To check if you have out-of-network mental health benefits, I recommend calling your insurance provider and asking:

    • Do I have out of network mental health benefits? If so, what percentage of each session is reimbursed?

    • Are telehealth sessions eligible for reimbursement?

    • What is my deductible for out of network coverage and has it been met?

    • How do I submit claims for reimbursement?

  • The first appointment is where I learn more about you and your goals for therapy. We’ll discuss what’s currently bringing you to therapy, what goals you have, and how I can help you in achieving these goals.

  • Therapy is a process that takes time, consistency, and patience. With any meaningful work, progress can unfold gradually. You can expect to have a collaborative experience that allows for compassion, curiosity and direct feedback.

  • If you’re ready to get started, you can complete a contact form so that we can schedule a short consultation call.
